Price Guide 


This price guide reflects the typical scope of our work. All service fees are fixed and GST inclusive. We are committed to transparency in pricing with no hidden fees. Our services and pricing reflect the scale and personalised nature of our business. Pricing is generally not negotiable, except in special circumstances. We do not pay or receive referral fees or commissions from any parties, supporting the independence of our services and the confidentiality of our clients’ information.


Professional Services 

All preparation and lodgement of documents is conducted and reviewed by a qualified professional, in accordance with applicable accounting regulations and tax law. We do not rely on artificial intelligence-assisted systems.


Proof of Identity (POI) and Engagement Letters

Proof of Identity (POI) will be conducted for all individual and non-individual clients, either via video or face-to-face. A formal engagement letter will be provided and must be signed before we commence the work. Separate engagement letters are required for each legal entity or individual client. The engagement is agreed on a yearly basis. Each year a new engagement must be signed, as fees, services, and conditions may change.


Director Qualifications 

Our Director, Wanyue Fang, completed a Master of Professional Accounting at Monash University in 2017. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Tax Agent, holds a Certificate of Public Practice, and completed a Graduate Diploma of Applied Tax Law in 2025. Wanyue also holds Xero Level 2 Professional Certification and is a Xero Payroll Specialist, with over six years of experience using Xero.


Loyalty Discount 

Existing clients who continue to use our services are eligible for a 20% loyalty discount on future income year services.  This discount applies only to existing clients and will be applied each year they continue using our services. It is offered as a commercial incentive and is not linked to any tax outcome or advice. This discount applies after any inflation-based fee adjustment.


Inflation Fees Adjustment 
Fees are reviewed annually and may be adjusted in line with inflation (typically 2–5% per year). Any such adjustment will be communicated to clients before the start of the new service year. Loyalty discounts, where applicable, are applied after any price adjustment. 


Regulatory Memberships and Complaints 

We are a registered tax agent with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) and a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). If you have concerns about our costs or services, you have the right to make a complaint with the TPB at www.tpb.gov.au/complaints or with CA ANZ at https://www.charteredaccountantsanz.com/forms/professional-conduct/

Scope of Services 


We provide Australian proprietary limited company registration services using Cleardocs (an authorised ASIC software provider) and our tax agent online services.


Our service includes:


  • Preparation of all necessary company setup documents provided by Cleardocs, including Company Constitution, Consent to Act as Director, Consent to Act as Secretary, Application for Shares, Minutes of a Meeting of Directors, Share Certificates, Consent to Act as Public Officer, Registered Office Consent, etc.


  • Preparation & electronic lodgment of company registration with ASIC using Cleardocs, with Australian Company Number (ACN) and Certificate of Registration issued upon successful lodgment.


  • Preparation & electronic applications of Australian Business Number (ABN) and Tax File Number (TFN) with the Australian Business Register (ABR) using Tax Professional Services.


  • Preparation & electronic applications of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Pay As You Go (PAYG) withholding (if applicable) with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) using the Tax Agent Portal.

 Bookkeeping


Scope of Services 


We provide comprehensive monthly company bookkeeping services using Xero cloud-based accounting software, including:

1. Bank, Purchases & Sales


  • Processing and recording purchase and sales invoices in Xero (unlimited volume).


  • Recording and allocating customer receipts to sales invoices in Xero based on information provided by the client.


  • Reconciling all bank accounts in Xero (unlimited number of accounts).


2. Payroll & Super


  • Processing payroll and lodging Single Touch Payroll (STP) reports to the ATO using Xero Payroll.


  • Processing superannuation using Xero Payroll.


3. Reporting & Compliance


  • Preparing Xero-generated standard monthly management reports and making adjusting journal entries where necessary.


  • Preparing and lodging monthly Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) and/or quarterly Business Activity Statements (BAS) using Xero Tax. This includes, where applicable, reporting for GST, PAYG withholding, PAYG instalments, and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) instalments.


4. Payments & Ad Hoc Services


  • Processing supplier, payroll, superannuation, and tax payments via Xero payment workflows, including preparation of Xero batch payment files for supplier and payroll-related payments, SuperStream-compliant processing of superannuation via Xero Payroll, and preparation of tax and other payment instructions for client approval and processing via online banking platform. 


  • Ad hoc administrative tasks relevant to the full scope of our company bookkeeping services.

  • Preparation and lodgment of quarterly BAS, including all relevant GST, PAYG withholding, PAYG instalments, and other reporting obligations.


  • Assistance with ATO correspondence and support for ATO reviews or audits directly related to the BAS (if required), including assistance with documentation.
